  3. Calendar 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY View and Submit all CAP events from one location. Layout looks similar to Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Click on day of month to add a new event. Filter events using Search Events (event focus, organization, time period etc). Edit events by clicking on the event in the calendar.

  4. CAP Materials 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY CAP Materials is used for ordering supplies (forms, certificates, recruiting materials etc). Ordering Recruiting Materials is available for all members. Forms/Pamphlets and AE Materials can be ordered if permission is granted by your WSA. Track the status of your order.

  5. CAP Multimedia 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Provides online media and training for members. Currently the Aircraft Ground Handling video is the only media presented. The Aircraft Ground Handling Online Test is provided for training completion.

  6. Photo Upload • This photo will be used for ALL official CAP photographs. • Your CAP photo will be validated by your squadron commander. • Please follow all guidelines carefully before submitting photo. 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY

  7. CAPWATCH Text Files Download 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Allows users to download CAPWATCH data as compressed text files. Eliminates obsolete MS Access components and provides speedier creation time. CW Table Definitions provides table design for easier data implementation.

  9. Safety Form 78 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY • This form is used to enter mishap data: • Vehicle • Aircraft • Bodily Injury • All mishaps must be recorded on Form 78. • You can enter mishap data for any region/wing.
