Other Types Of Testing We Would Prefer NOT to See. During a particularly long and painful bout of REGRESSION TESTING our application software, my buddies and I came up with this list of other types of testing we'd like not to see.

  2. During a particularly long and painful bout of REGRESSION TESTING our application software, my buddies and I came up with this list of other types of testing we'd like not to see

  3. AGGRESSION TESTING: If this doesn't work, I'm gonna kill somebody.

  4. COMPRESSION TESTING: []

  5. CONFESSION TESTING: Okay, Okay, I did program that bug.

  6. CONGRESSIONAL TESTING: Are you now, or have you ever been a bug?

  7. DEPRESSION TESTING: If this doesn't work, I'm gonna kill myself.

  8. EGRESSION TESTING: Uh-oh, a bug... I'm outta here.

  9. DIGRESSION TESTING: Well, it works, but can I tell you about my truck...

  10. EXPRESSION TESTING: #@%^&*!!!, a bug.

  11. OBSESSION TESTING: I'll find this bug if it's the last thing I do.

  12. OPPRESSION TESTING: Test this now!

  13. POISSON TESTING: Alors! Regardez le poisson!

  14. REPRESSION TESTING: It's not a bug, it's a feature.

  15. SECESSION TESTING: The bug is dead! Long lives the bug!

  16. SUGGESTION TESTING: Well, it works but wouldn't it be better if...
