CAAP Milestones • Draft due to EPA on 3/31/04 • Revised due to EPA on 5/31/04 • If necessary, CAAP adopted and incorporated into the New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP) by 12/31/04 • Emissions reduction strategies implemented no later than end of 2005
