Overview of Ispa in 2000-2002 • €5.6 billion in ISPA grant decided of which €3.2 billion committed • 249 projects approved • 151 in environment (% of committed 49,07%) • 87 in transport (49,97%) • 1 flood relief ( 0,53%) • 10 decentralisation assistance (EDIS) ( 0,14%) • Average EU contribution rate: 64,5% • March 2003: 11,6% of decided amount paid which represents 20,3% of commitments From Ispa to Cohesion and Structural Funds
