  1. What is Physical Fitness and what are its Components? If you are capable of living and enjoying your life to its full extent, you can be called a fit one. You should always stay physically and mentally fit to avoid medical assistance. Fitness does not refer only to physical fitness. It also means staying mentally sound. If you are mentally disturbed, then you would be unable to work to the fullest extent. You can eliminate your stresses and relax your mind by regular exercise and healthy food habits. What are the five components of physical fitness? There are five components in physical fitness.

Cardiovascular Endurance supports your muscles for working through long periods of time. You often overlook the matter but remember that you need flexibility. It ensures your range of motion would be painless. Your movement can be limited without flexibility. Good flexibility enables you to touch your toes. So, to test your flexibility you could bend forward to touch your toes. If you can’t, then your flexibility is quite limited. When you will touch your toes and can go beyond, you are more flexible. To access more flexibility you could try to sit on the floor and reach the toes.
