Staff Planned Absence Request Please refer to the District Handbook for specific information regarding staff attendance. Absence is requested And paperwork turned in To the Principal Please hand them to me if I am in the office. If I am not, please place it on the hook outside my office. Employee request Must be turned in at Least 3 days in advance Or when appointment Is made Staff members are responsible for verifying that absence is entered into AESOP and the position is accepted. Things To Remember • Principal should be contacted before absences if possible. • Messages entered into AESOP are only seen if the sub uses the web. If they answer the phone, the sub never sees the message if they have duty.
