Progress since Milano • The macrocost instrument presented at the Milano meeting was not found to be feasible • Two systematic reviews (2nd: 1,600+ hits, no relevant literature) • A third version of the macrocost-questionnaire was developed in close communication with UBI, ESKI/GYEMZSI and ISCII

  4. Macrocost-questionnaire V3.3 • 2 majorparts: professionals & activities • Qualitative part on cost-categories • 2 year-period • Manual forthequestionnaire will beprovided • Individual callstosolvecountry-specificproblemsorquestions
