Our second plans – what’s different? • We need to learn from the first plans andreview the balance between the second and third cycles • We need to make sure we base our priorities on an improved understanding of benefits and costs • More emphasis on engagement – to develop the targets and programme of measures, we need to work closely with responsible authorities and key sectors • Better access to information – more useful information, more easily accessible via web
