  3. Impact Our work has demonstrated what can happen when social networks are revived, when trusted partners come together for the welfare of the community, and what strengths we can gain through our collective power when we work together.

  4. Impact • A 400% increase in the calls to the 211 • service during the assessment period • An additional 8,400 individuals sought • assistance through 211—people who • would have unlikely been aware of this • support otherwise.
