  2. Purposes of Project • Complement the job satisfaction survey measured from Libraries’ classified staff conducted Fall 2005. • Note and build on aspects of jobs that faculty are satisfied with and also identify areas for improvement. • Gauge “quality of life” at UGA Libraries.

  4. Survey Instrument • 56 questions • Likert scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree ranked 1-5) • Open-ended comments • SurveyMonkey site • Survey open March 29-April 10, 2006 • Emailed to all UGA Libraries’ faculty, full- and part-time, at all facilities
