  3. GUARDRAIL DELIVERY FORM • REMEMBER WE WILL NOT ACCEPT GUARDRAIL FROM A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WITHOUT A COMPLETED GUARDRAIL DELIVERY FORM • WE WILL TURN THEM AWAY UNTIL THEY GET A FORM FILLED OUT • SOMEONE NEEDS TO COUNT WHAT WAS PUT ON THE TRUCK • THE OIG’S OFFICE IS WATCHING!!!!

  5. ORDERING GUARDRAIL • WHEN YOU NEED REGALVANIZED GUARDRAIL FOR THE GUARDRAIL REPAIR CONTRACT, ORDER THROUGH OMS. Also e-mail • David .Wood@KY.gov WHEN YOU NEED CRIBBING FOR SLIDES, ORDER THROUGH OMS AND CONTACT David Wood BY E-MAIL

  6. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS • When a SLIDE contract (FE01, CB06, FEMA or ER) is let through Construction Procurement, someone in the district must order the cribbing and or guardrail for that contract through OMS. • If you need more Material, ORDER THROUGH OMS, AND CONTACT • David .Wood@KY.gov

Recycling center Containers • The recycling center has 12 containers for scrap metal around the state. 1 for each district. • Please place the recycling container in the same county that your guardrail repair contractor hauls in damaged guardrail. • Please call or e-mail David Wood when a container is close to full, so we can schedule pickup or call bridge lot at 502-564-8187 OR 2946

  8. CONTINUED RECYCLING CENTER • We sell scrap aluminum and steel. The money goes back into the Road fund to help us save money.
