FARMACOTERAPIA E ENVELHECIMENTO III- FARMACOCINÉTICA-como a droga é recebida pelo organismo. • Absorção- dimin. da mobilidade do TD e relaxamento do esfinctergastro esofagiano- refluxo gastroesofágico • Distribuição-Dim da água corporal do idoso. Drogas hidrossolúveis-alcançam níveis plasmáticos + altos, aumento da gordura corporal,diminuição na concentração de albumina
