Colaborarea între cele două instituţii se realizează în baza proiectului Cine si cum planifică/organizeaza o activitate, având ca obiectiv principal o explorare a modalităţilor în care comunitatea/individul îşi planifică şi organizează activităţile, precum şi a universului produselor muncii şi, implicit, a drumului pe care acestea îl parcurg .
