Mrs. Monacelli`s Class Week of October 11th • What we did this week: • We learned the Letter C and the number 7 • We talked about our 5 Senses-touching, smelling, hearing, tasting and seeing • Each day we learned about a different sense and did some fun activities with them • Smelling-smelled different cotton balls and had to guess what they smelt like • Tasting-tasted things that were bitter, sweet, sour and salty • Touching-used the feely box • Seeing- playing eye spy and what is missing • Abby E was our star of the week and her special guesses where her Mom and Dad! • Reminders • Return permission slips for Shalom Wildlife Center by Nov. 25th. • Pictures are finally uploaded from September and October!! • Next weeks Star of the Week is Brianna • We are looking for small White Dollies for next week Books We Read: If You Give a Pig a Pancake If You Give a Moose a Muffin Our 5 Senses Celebrating Patriotic Holidays Busy Bunnies 5 Senses Next Week Theme: Thanksgiving and Turkeys
