  2. January: The group visit and make links Morven Day Centre in Kilmarnock

  3. February: The group discuss hopes for the future with health professionals

  4. March: The group sign up to the U Can Cope 2014 Changeday Pledge • To inspire hope • To reduce stigma around suicide • To help change policy on mental health

  5. April: The group register with ALISS • ALISS (A Local Information System for Scotland) is a search and collaboration tool for Health and Wellbeing resources in Scotland. It helps signpost people to useful community support, and with an ALISS account you can contribute the many and varied resources that our local communities have to offer.

  6. May: The group visit and make links with The Stafford Centre

  7. June: The group are given a place on the crossparty group for mental health

  8. July: The Good Notice Board is developed • This is a opportunity for group members to say something good/positive that has happened to them in their week. This has enabled them to acknowledge some hope while going through challenging times.

  9. August: The group have a lovely day for their summer BBQ

  10. September: The group celebrates it’s 2nd Birthday!

  11. October: The group has its 100th Meeting

  12. November: The group work on self care for #NationalStressAwarenessDay

  13. December: The group look at staying safe over the Christmas period and hope for the future
