Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten Lubo aus dem All Ein Programm zur Förderung der sozial-emotionalen Kompetenz Entwickelt von der Arbeitsgruppe um Prof. Hillenbrand, Köln Konzipiert für GS Kl. 1 und 2, sowie KITA Umfasst 34 Sitzungen a` 40 Minuten in 5 aufeinander folgenden Inhalten: Schwerpunkt 1: Förderung von Aufmerksamkeit und Wahrnehmung von Personen und Situationen: „Was ist passiert?“ (Stunde 4 – 9) Schwerpunkt 2: Wahrnehmung , Erkennen und Verstehen von Emotionen und Förderung der Emotionsregulation: „Was fühle ich?“ (Stunde 10 – 20) Schwerpunkt 3: Emotionsregulation: Strategien zum angemessenen Umgang mit Gefühlen und bei emotional belastenden Situationen: „Was kann ich tun?“ (Stunde 21 – 25) Schwerpunkt 4: Verhaltensregulation: Strategien für ein angemessenes Verhalten in sozialen Situationen:„Was kann ich tun?“ (Stunde 25 – 34) Aufbauend für Klasse 3 und 4, sowie Sekundarstufe 1: Klasse-Kinder-Spiel
