General issues Uploading bid portfolio review 1) Generate bid portfolio file 2) Upload to CRR application 3) Name portfolio 4) Target to appropriate auction (there may be circumstances where more than one auction is open for submissions at a time, eg. Annual and monthly) 5) Save portfolio (if you save in between steps 2 and 4, the auction will be saved as a template and all start/end date information will be stripped off) 6) On the Auction Portfolio List screen SUBMIT TO AUCTION. –THE BIDS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION UNTIL THEY ARE SUBMITTED
