  4. 1. Final steps of HadronPhysics2 • The final payment was received from the European Commission on 13 January 2013 • The final payment was distributed by the Coordinator to the entitled beneficiaries The HadronPhysics2 project is now officially closed

Request for Amendment n. 1 The requested modifications are: • Partial transfer of rights and obligations from VU to a new beneficiaryStichtingVU-VUmc (VUA) • Universal transfer of rights and obligations from KFKI-RMKI to Wigner Research Centre for Physics (WignerRCP) • Addition of a new beneficiary from 01/04/2013: Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research GmbH (FAIR) • Modification of Annex I • Modification of GPFs

Preparation of the first Periodic Report (1/1/2012-30/06/2013) • Scientific Report • Templates sent to the Spokespersons on 15/04/2013 (Deadline: 30/05/2013) • Spokespersons meeting: 27-28 May 2013 • Financial Report • Template sent to the Financial Contact Persons on 15/06/2013 (Deadline: 19/07/2013) Delivery date to the EC: 30/08/2013
