  2. Core board vision Help the “still suffering” codependent by supplying conference approved English and Spanish materials in many formats through our online store to anyone wishing to learn more about codependency and recovery.

  4. ROYALITIES TO Coda Royalty payment to CoDA by CoRe is 40% of material sales. Dollar amount paid: • $112,718.55 in 2018 • $76,090.70 in Jan-Jun 2019 (6 months) This represents approximately 66% of CoDA’sincome.

  5. Seventh tradition to coda 7th Tradition donations for CoDA collected on the CoRe e-store: • $3,531.39 in 2018 • $2,092.30 Jan-Jun 2019 (6 months)

COREPUBLICATIONS.ORG Online store for the sale of coda approved materials • Improved ease of use and user experience by: • Modifying website navigation so purchasers of Spanish literature can easily identify materials which are English only versus Spanish • Providing more (less expensive) shipping options • Placing links to international websites selling CoDA approved literature, giving Internationals more options. Countries linked are: Canada, Germany, UK & Australia

Orders shipped daily Mon-Fri Customer Service – Spanish and English answering phones from 9am-5pm Pacific “Low Inventory” report automatically pushed to CoRe Board via email Business support team (dir. of warehouse, attorney, bookkeeper, & CPA) • Orders shipped 1x per wk • Customer Service -answer machine • No inventory management • No business support

Strategic initiatives for 2020 • Initiative - Ensure sustainability of CoRe • Action – Complete Policies and Procedure Manual • Initiative – Offer more media options • Action – Create proposal for putting “Pocket Blue Book” on audio • Action – Create mix media recovery bundles • Action – Offer all available Spanish Literature on Kindle and/or iTunes • Action – Offer free audio downloads on MP3 using existing materials These initiatives are remaining from CoRe’s 2017 Strageic Plan
