  22. SANCIONES POR FALTAS LEVES • Amonestación en privado • Amonestación escrita • - Descuento de uno a cinco • días de haber • Traslado del lugar de trabajo

  23. SANCIONES / FALTAS GRAVES • - Suspensión de funciones sin goce de haber, de quince (15) a sesenta (60) días. • Postergación de ascenso por un (1) año. • Descenso a un cargo inferior.

  24. SANCIONES/FALTAS MUY GRAVES -Retiro definitivo del ejercicio del Magist. -o destitución del cargo.___________ SANCIÓN INEXISTENTE=Normas Procesales Faltas Leves: Autoridad Inmediata Superior Faltas: Graves y Muy Graves por Tribunal-PROCESO
