This exercise planning meeting will focus on team capabilities, operational coordination, public and private services and resources, situational assessment, and intelligence sharing. The exercise will take place at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) in Indiana, with the scenario of a nuclear explosion in Indianapolis. Participants include DOE, USEPA, USDA, CDC, DoD, US DHS, FDA, NGB, and various Indiana government agencies. Logistics, evaluation, after-action reporting, and costs will also be discussed.
