Blower PQ performance • At the same PQ performance, the blower with Delta motor show the lower power consumption than current blower • All the fan test by Delta motor drive control board at 11.1VDC

Customer Requirement • Blower size: • Max. scroll diameter : 115mm • Max. scroll thickness : 20mm W/O motor, up to 30.5mm including motor • Outlet size : 27mm ID and 32.5mm OD • Flow vs. Pressure curve : • Roughly match or exceed the TR-600 in the range from 160-280 LPM. • Efficiency : • Keep (or improve) the motor efficiency as TR-600

Performance Comparison • Delta X01 sample improved the blower efficiency and better than the target TR-600.

Customer Information • Current product using PSC blower PB249743HB2M. • On the current blower in 3M system, they are having issue with a high pitch noise. 3M is working on resolving it. • Fan can be smaller, not bigger.
