Task 1 A: Have you got a bike? B: Yes, I have. A: How long have you got it? B: Since 2000. A: Who bought it for you? B: My father bought it for me.
Task 1 Work in groups of three. Within 15 minutes, talk to each other, using the present perfect tense and the simple past tense to make similar sentences.
Task 2 Work in pairs. Ask and answer questions, beginning with “How long …”. Then ask for some more information, using Wh-Questions.
Task 3 Listen to an interview with two musicians Suzie and Guy. Then work in pairs, asking and answering these questions: What/do/before forming Style? … be/to America? How/meet each other? How many records/make?
Task 4Roleplay Suppose some of you are members of a band. Some others are jounalists who are going to interview the band. The jounalists will ask questions to find out information about the band.
