Quelques chiffres 2003 - Production - • Puissance installée : Puissance nette installée de448 MW répartie entre : • 50% pour le parc thermique EDF • 25% pour le parc hydraulique • 25% pour le parc thermique bagasse-charbon des compagnies BOIS • ROUGE et LE GOL. Puissance de pointe:356 MW Le parc de production est fortement sollicité

Quelques chiffres 2003 - Production - • Puissance installée • Energie produite : L’énergie produite et livrée au réseau en 2003 est de 2077 GWh Le parc est plutôt bien équilibré tant géographiquement (localisé aux quatre coins de l’île) que par la nature de son utilisation : • 42 % de l’énergie produite par les centrales bagasse-charbon (non EDF), • 27 % par le thermique classique, • 31 % par l’hydraulique. • Taux de disponibilité des centrales thermiques EDF : 85,2%
