PMT Rail Upgrades • Replacement and upgrade to Class I railroad standards of the East and West rail leads into PMT • On hold pending tunnel contractor work • Estimated project cost : $900,000 • Contractor: H&B Railroad • Project completion by December 2013

APMT Reefer Plugs • Installation of 60 reefer plugs • Discussions with APM ongoing • Estimated project cost : $915,000 • Contractor: JC Driskell
Craney Island Eastward Expansion • Cross Dike Stage 2A is complete • Placed1.54 MCY of sand on south and division cross dikes to +5 feet MLLW • Next steps • Bid package for $4 M PVD installation on cross dikes will be advertised in September 2013 • 16-acre oyster reef construction at Hoffler Creek to begin in August (Corps funded)
