Program Coordination Group for Organizational Communication Enhancement

Join the Marianne Smith-led Program Coordination Group at the All-Staff Retreat on June 27-28, 2002. The purpose is to improve information flow, coordinate activities, and facilitate idea exchange. Group comprises program managers, coordinators, and those with programmatic responsibilities.   2. Group Purpose • to ensure better information flow about members and current activities acrossthe organization • to ensure better coordination of activities across the membership • to create a forum for discussion of ideas and proposals

  3. Group Composition • program managers and coordinators • anyone with significant programmatic responsibility • generally, those who report to a member of senior staff • group members, please stand!

  4. How the group functions • monthly meetings—FTF, video and phone • single topic or round robin to capture updates • announcements and some discussion on the mail group, programcoordgroup@internet2.edu • chaired by Laurie Burns
