  8. 2019 Budget Projection Total 2019 Budgeted Expenses = $68,500

  9. 2019 Dues Collection • 7 Collection Fees were applied for 2019 dues. • As of 2/5/2019, sixteen (16) lots have not paid 2019 Dues; all will be charged a collection fee. • Second and Third Notices have already been sent as well as mail and email (if available) • We will begin lien filing process on February 15, 2019.

  13. 2019 Events Planned. . . . • Easter Egg Hunt – Saturday, April 13 • Garage Sales - May 17 – 18 • Holiday lighting • Santa Deliveries – Dec. 24 • Possible additions: • Summer Ice Cream at the park • Bike parade • Trick or treat at the park

Maintenance Committee2018 Accomplishments . . • Established Parson Park and added bench • Fresh mulch at entrances, gazebo area, and cul-de-sacs • Replaced cedar shingle roof at gazebo • Replaced sprinkler controller and sprayed for ants • Removed tall weeds around front ponds • Landscaping improvements in all common areas • Removed down tree and other trees in Norris Rd Park • Purchased new Schavey Road Fountain pump; unfortunately we had to send in a couple of times under warranty • Established new contract with mowing company and separate landscape maintenance company • SaraAnn Entrance Building repairs

  15. 2019 Project Priorities . . . . • Reconstruct Tennis Courts; remove and reinstall existing fencing and nets • Reconstruct one cul-de-sac • Receive quotes for Schavey Road entrance replacement • Replace dead plantings in all landscaping areas • Improve landscaping in Gazebo area and possibly drainage improvements

Architectural Control Committee Report • 2018 Activity • A few submittals for deck modifications • Development is essentially built-out • Compliance Concerns • Clearing sidewalks of snow in winter • Parking cars in roadway that obstruct plowing by County • Trailers/boats in driveways or yards
