  4. Youth Business Forum (Student companies competitions – graduate and high school, 4 or 5 of June 2009)- Join the two company competitions in one event - Corporate sponsors will make business presentations (prospective sponsors – Microsoft, Nestle, HP, Coca Cola, Oracle, Shell, etc.)

  8. Innovation Camp &Leonardo da Vinci Programme • 3 years • 600, 000 EUR (27,000 EUR per country) • 14 countries • Elements: • 600 students/country • online platform • national and international competitions • Public partner: Ministry of Economy • Business partners: Microsoft, Audi, SAP

Graduate Company&Erasmus Programme • 3 years • 400 000 EUR (approx. 60, 000 EUR/country) • EU funding - 75% of the total budget • 5 countries (Bulgaria, Belgium, Norway, Portugal, Romania) • Elements:  • 15 universities • 750 students (approx.) • Virtual campus • Volunteers • International team • Business partners: Nestle, Microsoft

GET IT • HP Project for training youths on business and IT skills to assist them into professional life and/or in help them launch their own businesses. • 25 SME countries • Value: 10,000 EUR • Target group: 16-25 (school and university students participating in Student and Graduate company programmes). • Target numbers: 30 tutors 600 students

JAB Strategy for GrowthKey policy partners: MIE, MES, Local Municipalities, business communityTo establish entrepreneurship key competency through JA programmes in the Bulgarian Educational system Funding: EU grants – 4 identified; partnerships with local municipalities (Sofia Municipality – 30,000 BGN submitted application); MIE – new public tenders; America for Bulgaria Foundation – funding for strategic policy implementation – 3 year grant under discussion
