With listing on web-site. • Email alerts for work - £40 per quarter? • For detailed information on work they would like to apply for, it is proposed that we have 3 bands: • Minor works - £5.00 each (Fencing; gardening; decorating etc) • Medium works - £15 each. (Loft conversion; conservatory; driveways etc.) • Major works - £30 each (extensions; swimming pools houses etc.)

Revenue streams • Membership fees at £40 each. • Fees paid for actual leads supplied. • Marketing of services / products to trades people. • Commercial advertising on Web site. • Marketing of planning leads to: • Building Suppliers. (Builders merchants etc.) • Financial institutions. (for finance & insurance). • Service providers (Utility suppliers)

Trades People • Trades-people allowed to register their business free of charge on the web-site. • They are asked to specify the type of work that they are looking for. • They are also able to specify their preferred working area by postcode. E.g. 25 miles. • Once registered they are sent any appropriate jobs that appear in their working area.

  7. Home-owners • Home – owners allowed to post jobs free of charge onto web-site. • Home – owners can read any references that have been posted from previous work. • Home-owners are, on completion of work able to rate the trades people on: • Quality of work • Professionalism • Value for money

Lead generation • Our leads are sourced from two areas; • Home-owners registering online. • Planning details, supplied by Dataserve Direct. • Dataserve collect; collate & enhance all of the planning applications registered in the United Kingdom (approximately 30,000 new applications each month).

  9. Technical requirements • An interactive web-site, which needs to: • Register trades people. With membership login. • Allow Home owners post jobs onto website. • Interact with Dataserve to provide leads. • Auto responder facility to allow effective email marketing activities to trades people. • Facility to allow home owners to leave feedback on trades people. • Ecommerce facility to allow: • Membership transactions. • Payments for leads supplied.
