  1. Screen Name: IPDK Screen Use: The IPDK screen is used to view all children currently living in the provider’s home and other miscellaneous information regarding the child. IPDK Screen Description: Provider Vacancy Information Scenario: As a support staff person you have been asked to attend a special rate meeting. You must give a report of the special rate payments and children living in the foster home.

  2. This section of the IIS screens training will teach you how to access the IPDK screen to view a current list of the children and special rate payments in a foster care home.

  3. IPDK,P15151 Open a blank DHR screen, Type IPDK, provider number and then press Enter.

  4. P15151 STARGAZER, LILLY ZZ43567 FLY, DRAGON 12/16/98 AA78889 BIRD, HUMMING 7/5/93 The Provider Vacancy Information Display screen appears. A list of the children and special rate payments in the foster care home is detailed on the screen.

  6. Click the ‘X’ to close and return to the Main Menu When you have completed viewing the IPDK screen, press the Pause Break key. A blank DHR screen will appear so that you can complete work for other screens.
