  3. PÈRDUES DE GESTACIÓ EN LES EUGUES • 1-5 dies (arribada a la matriu) • Oòcits fecundats moren a trompes • Reabsorció No arriben mai a matriu • 5-8%? • Segueix ciclant normalment

  4. PÈRDUES DE GESTACIÓ EN LES EUGUES • 5-15 dies • Fracás desenvolupament uterí x : • ENDOMETRITIS • Ambient hostil • Prematura lisi cos luti • ENDOMETRIOSI • Fibrosi endometri • Diagnòstic ecogràfic? • Fins 40% reabsorcions • Regressió normal o prematura Cos Luti i segueix ciclant normalment

  5. 15-36 dies (d15 reconeixement gestació – persistència cos luti) Reabsorcions embrionàries X palpació o ecografia mortalitat embrionària (DH) Es manté C.L., tancament cèrvix, to matriu, creix fol.? = PSEUDOGESTACIÓ TIPUS I Destrucció natural o artificial C.L. amb Pgs reinici de la ciclicitat i expulsió restes (no es veu) PÈRDUES DE GESTACIÓ EN LES EUGUES M.E. d22

  6. 37-140 dies (producció PMSG) La producció de PMSG continua mentre les cúpules endometrials moren naturalment (no es coneix mètodes per aturar-ho) PSEUGESTACIÓ TIPUS II Mentre es produeix PMSG no es reinicia ciclicitat 2 possibles situacions: Ponis i algunes eugues, pot donar-se zel amb desenvolupament folicular però sense ovulació (els folicles es luteinitzen) Majoria eugues entrada ANESTRE PÈRDUES DE GESTACIÓ EN LES EUGUES

  7. PÈRDUES DE GESTACIÓ EN LES EUGUES • 140 dies-final = AVORTAMENT (control endocrí placenta i fetus)
