  6. 3) Team Contract (cont.) • Code of Conduct: As a project team, we will: • Keep every information gathered, interviews and documentation from the project sponsor and company private and confidential • Work proactively • Focus and decide what is best for the project and the team • Participation: We will: • Be there when any team member call for meeting • All take part in any kinds of tasks when one member needs help in completing it • Complaint about the tasks allocated to everyone after the project charter and WBS are created

  7. 3) Team Contract (cont.) • Communication: We will: • Always keep in touch through mobile phones, SMS, e-mail and Yahoo group • Have everyone and anyone to take initiative to call for meeting when necessary • Present ideas clearly and consistent Problem Solving: We will: • Brainstorm to come up a solution for problems encountered • Encourage everyone to take part in solving problems arise • Not blame anyone for not solving any problem • Not criticize anyone’s ideas during problem solving
