  2. ¿Qué son las TIC? Las tic son instrumentos que pueden ayudar a transformar las prácticas de enseñanza y de aprendizaje, y con ello, eventualmente elevar la calidad educativa.

  3. METAS ESPECÍFICAS DEL PND

PROPÓSITOS • Alfabetización digital de docentes y alumnos. • Desarrollar y certificar las competencias docentes en el uso de las TICS • Construir una infraestructura tecnológica de conectividad. • Desarrollar materiales educativos digitales. • Usar internet para crear redes de aprendizajes para fomentar el trabajo colaborativo y generar una cultura escolar sobre las TICS.

  5. Promover la diversificación de las tecnologías. • Proponer que los estudiantes tengan acceso a la tecnología.
