CAREER JOB RESERVATION SYSTEM • GUIDELINES • HQ AFPC controls first-term reenlistments • Must be selected for reenlistment • Required for first-term airmen to reenlist in present or retraining AFSC People are our business
CAREER JOB RESERVATION SYSTEM • APPLICATION PROCESS • AF Form 545, Request for CJR/SRB Authority • 4 year enlistees: 35th - 43rd month • 6 year enlistees: 59th - 67th month People are our business
CAREER JOB RESERVATION SYSTEM • PROCEDURES • CJR Approved: suspense given to reenlist • CJR Disapproved: placed on waiting list • DOS + 1 day • May apply for a retraining CJR to reenlist • May apply for reenlistment and retraining concurrently People are our business
