Present Participle • Present tense • Uses a helping verb like is, am, are • Add -ing to most verbs • Examples: • walk • pat • love • fry
Examples: • I am typing my research paper. • He is eating lunch. • We are waiting in line. • They are talking about the dance. • You are making spaghetti for dinner.
