  3. PROBLEMÁTICA Recorridos con obstáculos tanto físicos como visuales, inaccesibilidad. Muros que impiden las vistas y la integración del paseo con el mar. Pavimentación obsoleta y de distintas texturas. Mobiliario, alumbrado y servicios anexos deficientes y obsoletos. Estrechez de la sección de paso. Exceso de rótulos en fachadas y muros deteriorados.

CRITERIOS Y OBJETIVOS DE LA INTERVENCIÓN Integración ambiental de la actuación, minimizando los impactos visuales y conservando los principales elementos de interés, potenciando la relación con el mar. Despejar y dar mayor continuidad al paseo con la supresión de elementos y unificación de rampas y escaleras. Unificar criterios de diseño con las obras recientes en el ámbito próximo. Mejorar la accesibilidad, con la disposición adecuada de rampas. Mejorar los pavimentos, mobiliario, alumbrado y servicios anexos. Utilizar materiales nobles y duraderos. Aportar una propuesta para corregir y suprimir los impactos visuales en fachadas. Mejorar los accesos al mar y estancia de los usuarios de la playa y charcos.
