This jaguar is in the jungle(its habitat). They have spots so they can blend in. The jungle is wet and has a lot of animals. The jungle has lots of trees and the temperature is hot.
Jaguars are found in jungles of Central and South America. Jaguars are the 3rdlargest cat in the world. Jaguars live alone and mark their territory with their waste or by clawing trees.
This jaguar is eating a caiman. Jaguars also eat wild pigs, deer and other large land animals. The name jaguar comes from the Native American word yaguar, which means "he who kills with one leap."
Unlike most cats, jaguars are good swimmers! This is important because there’s a lot of water in the jungle.
Jaguars are my favorite animals because their pattern is so,so,so pretty! The end!
