Introducing the NEW DRS219 Rugged design, high performance clean samplers for use in hazardous area applications
Introducing the DRS219 Rugged design, high performance clean samplers for use in hazardous area applications Product overview The DRS is essentially a fixed temperature distillation derived from the need to remove water as a condensable component from low boiling point gases. Cooling is provided by way of a vortex cooler controlled by an electronic temperature controller. The sample temperature input for control of the cooling operation is a sensor placed directly in the sample path. Since the cooling capacity of the vortex cooler is essentially fixed, the flow rate of the conditioned sample exiting the DRS is also limited and dependent on the water/ condensable content of the inlet gas. It is designed to provide simple, fast and highly accurate sample conditioning analysis for severe process applications. Features: -Electronic PID, self-tuning -Tight temperature control for higher accuracy -Higher sample flow for faster analysis -Reduce maintenance, all components field serviceable

Product overview Key features and benefits
Suitability design High sample throughput, precise temperature control, certified for hazardous areas Suitability design for strategic flexibility The DRS219 offers advantages in classically difficult applications by supporting the basic principles of sample conditioning. Easy installation Sample inlet -2 inches ANSI class 150# standards.(Also available in other ANSI connections) Sample outlet- ¼ tube fittings, Flow Rate max. 500 NLPH @ process contains 50% (volume percentage) water vapor Service Port available Simple Utilities Power requirement-120VAC to 240VAC,50/60HZ Power Consumption: 45VA Instrument Air supply-1/2 tube fitting, Max. 30 SCFM , pressure 5.5-7 barg, plant grade Safety area classification Type Ex Examination IECEx, and NEPSI (ATEX will be available by end of Y2019) Ingress Protection Rating IP66
Increasing your process efficiency Optimizing plant availability Suitable design for strategic flexibility The Dynamic Reflux Sampler (DRS) supports a reliable analyzer system installation with the “keep it simple” approach in mind. The unit is a self-contained sampling device suitable for mounting at or near the process pipeline tap, thereby eliminating the need for sample conditioning before sample transport occurs. Primary sample conditioning occurs in a virtually in-situ fashion with the DRS approach. Condensable components are removed and are used to support particulate removal before they can present problems in the sample transport system’s downstream components and the analyzer. Benefits include Air cooling is provided by way of a vortex cooler controlled by an electronic temperature controller. A sensor placed directly in the sample path for sample temperature input for control of the cooling operation Electronic PID, self-tuning and pre-setting program for cooling capacity of the vortex cooler dependent on the water/condensable contents of the inlet gas and the flow rate of the conditioned sample exiting the DRS.
