Program Management (PMO) • Program Manager • Local ASP Program/Project Manager: reports to business sponsor, Strategy/Execution Mgmt, Point person for MD&D BtBPM • Project Coordinator • Resource and Program Assistant: Contracts, Project Financials, Schedule and Status Reporting, Primary Back-up PMO Resource

Project Support • Plan / Source • Functional Lead: Demand Management • Functional Lead: Procure to Pay, Legacy DataFlo, Baxter, PLM • Make • Functional Lead: Manufacturing • Functional Lead: Legacy DataFlo, PLM • Deliver / WMS • Functional Lead: OTC, Warehouse Operations; • Functional Lead: Legacy DataFlo, SAP/Marc • Sales Support • Functional Lead: Move Contract Management from USROTC to BtB • Functional Lead: Move Product Sales, Eligibility, etc from USROTC to BtB • Finance • Functional Lead: Financials, Controls; Legacy DataFlo, Lynx, SAP (OTC), SouthStar, Reporting databases

  4. Functional Support • Change Management / Communications • Business Transformation and Change Management lead; works directly with HR • Communications Lead; works directly with HR, Marketing, and Training departments • SDLC / SOx • Creator/Manager of all local SDLC documents for local systems (i.e. retirements, etc.); Local SOx lead • Manager/Coordinator for all ASP SP/WI revisions and processing through CO/CCB. • Supporting documentation updates, formats, CO creation and processing. • Training • Manage/Coordination of all training requirements, materials, train-the-trainer, training requisites, training events; works directly with ASP training department • Validation / Testing • Manager of all local testing resources, test script writing, test & defect execution, and management of validation testing; works directly with the ASP SQE’s.

  5. Technical / BI Support • Interfaces • Integration Lead: All ASP publish/subscription interfaces (manual & automatic); Legacy all systems, ASP WebMethods, Mbox, etc. • Conversions / Master Data Management • Data Lead: Identify/Map/Clean source data; All master & transactional data; split from Interfaces due to scope • Reporting / Business Intelligence • Functional Lead: All business analytics, dashboards, published reports; • Functional Lead: Legacy: all systems, SQL DBs

  6. Legacy Support • DataFlo Production • Additional production support required (i.e. backfill) during the project; working directly with SME’s and users • DataFlo Retirement • Functional Lead/Functional Retirement Lead: support translation of all DataFlo build history; lead its retirement and compliance requirements • Other Systems • As needed, TBD
