  2. PLANTEAMIENTO AL PROBLEMA Diana quiere hacer un trabajo pero su programa es muy lento y desea descargar uno mas avanzado. Diana cuando estaba descargando el programa le aparecían unas ventanas de advertencia y no sabe que hacer.

  3. ¿Qué debe hacer diana en este caso? 1º Seguir descargando el programa 2º Cancelar la descarga del programa

  4. DESCARGO EL PROGRAMA Su computador empezó a trabajar mal el antivirus siempre hacia aparecer una ventana de advertencia. • Se puso muy lento •Se bloqueo

  5. CANCELO LA DESCARGA • Su computador no tuvo riesgo ni se daño
