Category-3: Economic affluent and highly organized. Characteristic: Human resources are greater as compared to other two degrees. Abundant not in work of Health Facilities with equipment, supply of drugs. Highly unified under one umbrella. Private sector plays small part. Prevention and curative services are integrated. Economic support from general revenue of Government. Medical care free of charges. Work under pyramidal hierarchy.
