CONSTRUIR EL SISTEMA MUNICIPAL Generar cultura estadística y apropiación de la información Establecer mecanismos que permitan acceder a los registros administrativos y construir los necesarios Mejorar la eficiencia de la inversión pública municipal y maximizar el impacto de las políticas implantadas Sistema Municipal de Información para la Gestion Ejecutar encuestas municipales a hogares Generar información cualitativa Focalizar acciones en favor de los grupos más vulnerables Generar competencia municipal en función al desempeño y resultados Consensuar la definición de indicadores SISTEMA PARTICIPATIVO Y OPORTUNO 14

LOGROS ESPERADOS • Disponer de estadísticas e indicadores para el gobierno central y municipal, así como para los responsables de los mecanismos de control social y en general para la sociedad civil. • Contar con información que permita premiar la eficiencia y corregir distorsiones. • Generar modelos de gestión municipal exitosa. MEJORAR LA EFICIENCIA E IMPACTO DE LA INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA QUE PERMITA REDUCIR LOS NIVELES DE POBREZA EXISTENTES 15
