Technisch overleg • Met LNG wordt Nederland aangesloten op de wereldaardgasmarkt. • Samenstelling LNG varieert naar afkomst • Beperken kwaliteitsvariaties • Downstream van de terminal wordt al het gas afgewobd naar 54 MJ/Nm3(n) • In de tanks wordt het LNG laag per laag opgeslagen (geen mixers) op een welbepaalde manier om veiligheidsredenen (rollover). • Echter: • Gate zal aan stockmanagement gaan doen • Vereist herziening operationele protocollen en is niet eenvoudig

Stockmanagement • Gate zal aan stockmanagement gaan doen • Binnen de tanks hebben de molecules geen klantenkleur dus interne variaties hebben geen impact • Gate zal te grote kwaliteitssprongen in te korte tijd vermijden door niet in alle tanks dezelfde “gelaagdheid” te hebben • Niet steeds zelfde stocklevel • Binnen een stocklevel, verschillende gelaagdheid • Operationele impact zal in overleg met klanten worden gemanaged • Veiligheid staat voorop
