  2. Epidemiologi • Kasus tercatat pertama kali di Yogyakarta tahun 1993 (WNA) • Tahun 1994 tidak tercatat kasus baru • Sejak tahun 2000 trend epidemi HIV & AIDS meningkat • Peningkatan tajam mulai terjadi pada tahun 2004

  6. …lanjutan epidemiologi • Peningkatan tajam terjadi terutama pada kelompok faktor resiko Penasun dan Waria • Kemungkinan penyebab tingginya kasus pada dua kelompok tersebut: 1. Sharing jarum suntik antar pecandu 2. Penggunaan kondom yang rendah pada Waria

  8. Distribusi Menurut Jenis Kelamin • Terbanyak pada Laki-laki (50 = 79.36%) Pasien yang ditemukan di rumah sakit lebih banyak laki-laki, hal ini kemungkinan karena laki-laki lebih berani periksa kesehatan • Perempuan merasa malu jika diketahui positif HIV (Budaya) (13 =20,63%)

  12. Upaya Penanggulangan HIV-AIDSDI KOTA YOGYAKARTA : • Dibentuk KPA Kota Yogyakarta yg terdiri dari berbagai instansi • Dibentuk 3 Klinik IMS • Dibentuk 3 Klinik VCT & 1 Klinik Lapangan • Dibentuk jejaring pelayanan ART antara RS dengan Masyarakat

  13. …lanjutan Upaya • Promosi Kondom bagi kelompok beresiko • Penyediaan layanan CST & PMTCT • Sero Survey di kelompok WPS, Waria, Lapas, Anjal • Sosialisasi & penyuluhan kepada kelompok beresiko

UPAYA lanjutan … • Puskesmas Layanan 1 Atap (One Stop Services) yang meliputi layanan Klinik VCT, Klinik IMS, dan Harm Reduction (pengurangan dampak buruk) • Layanan Klinik Bergerak (Clinic Mobile Services) dengan layanan yang sama dengan Puskesmas Layanan 1 Atap • Menyusun Renstra Penanggulangan HIV & AIDS Kota Yogyakarta
