  8. Clínica: • ORIGEN EMBOLICO: • Inicio súbito • ORIGEN TROMBOEMBOLITICO: • Inicio insidioso.

  9. Diagnostico: • Alta sospecha clínica: factores de riesgo, sg tempranos inespecíficos, imagelogia. • Laboratorio: leucocitosis, elevación de Hcto, acidosis metabólica.
