A is for Accountability : Every member is accountable not only to his team, but to all his other teammates. M is for Management : Every team should have a Manager. W is for Work – able : Person who has talent and enthusiasm to work.. O is for Openness : Everyonemust be open to new ideas and suggestions. R is for Respect: Be respectful with your teammates. K is for Keenness: It is more than enthusiasm.
