EKSISTENSI BARAT • Reinforcement : msh mempertimbangkan budaya, mengkondisikan timbulnya perilaku (Dollar - Miller). • Cth/ model : - Bandura - Sosial Kognitif (locus of control) Norma tp punya tanggungjawb, nilai humanis/ kemanusiaan. Cth : membolos yg merupakan hak. Tanggungjawab mencerminkan bhw sso memiliki kemampuan utk berkembang  dasar  aktualisasi HUMANISTIK
