  4. Future Staff Development • Ensure inclusion of all district personnel • Focus on: • Curricular Shifts • Common Core • International Baccaulaureate • Technology Integration • Social emotional development • Drug and Alcohol awareness • Dignity for All Students Act

  5. Next Steps • Provide and Review Needs Assessments • Use data from Needs Assessments in creation of PDP • Edit and Create PDP
