Vote- Pendleton Emergent Air Service • ROAR Grant Request $350,000 • The City of Pendleton, owner and operator of Eastern Oregon Regional Airport and the Pendleton UAS Range, would like to request a rural air service grant of $350,000 for an extremely uncommon economic development opportunity. Those resources would be utilized to reduce the costs of adding three weekly round trip flights between San Jose (SJC) and Pendleton (PDT) on Boutique Air.

Coraggio Update Strategic Planning Dates • Session 1, Completed September 1st at 12pm to 3pm, • Vision - we reached consensus on a Vision Statement: “An Integrated Aviation System the Benefits all Oregonians” • Mission - the team developed two draft Mission Statements, and Coraggio has drafted three additional statements for consideration at our next session. • Reputation - the team distilled reputation to six words, which we’ll further refine in subsequent planning session. • Position - the team also took a first cut at selecting top ‘competitors’ to ODA, and distilling what distinguishes them from your agency. • Session 2, September 21that 12:30 to 3:30pm, ODA Conference Room, Salem, OR. • Session 3, October 3rd at 10am to 1pm • Session 4, October 17th at 10 am to 1pm • Session 5, October 30th at 12pm to 3pm
