  6. Exiting Board Members • Equipment Coordinator - Van Sullivan (after Fall 2017) • Uniform Coordinator - Beth Sullivan (after Fall 2017) • Treasurer – Rebecca Hammer (resigned)

  7. New Board Volunteers • Treasurer – Crystal King • Referee Administer – Jeremy Raper • Webmaster – Steven Smith (vote to make voting board members)

  8. Open Volunteer Positions • Field Coordinator • Coach Administrator • Publicity/Marketing Coordinator • Regional Auditor

  9. Calendar

  10. Play-up policy • Needs to be modified since age cutoff dates have changed. • Propose: Use end date of June 31 of MY. • i.e. if player is old enough to play in that division by June 31, eligible to play up (compared to Dec 31). • Applies to that MY only (fall and spring).

  11. Email Voting Policy • Propose removing requirement for signed consent form if get super-majority (2/3 vote) • VOTE

  12. No referee, cancel policy • Policy reinstated except for 8U games. • VOTE

  13. Spring Fees • Suggested fees: • Was: $40 returning, $60 new • Go to: $40 returning, $40 + $17.50 new • Same fee for all divisions. • VOTE

  19. Field Status • Need to fertilize and probably do soil testing • Hope: Sprinkler Zone 1 not working

  20. Field Status (cont) • Cindy fertilized Asbury (thank you) • Cindy in the process of laying out fields • Also need to aerate fields. • Tracy is mowing Endeavor now

  26. U8 Official for 8U Coaches • Referees are no longer required for 8U games • Propose: Require 8U coaches to take U8 Official course • Not sure it should be required, but highly encouraged. • Might consider making it required in future seasons.

  29. Uniform Change 8U and younger • Peter & Beth decided on one uniform per player. • IDEA: Instead of just medals, how about an ice cream party for the kids?
